A metal fabrication company Located in Roumieh Industrial Zone, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee its factory operations.

Responsibilities: • Oversee daily factory operations and workflow. • Plan production schedules and monitor work progress. • Manage workforce and task allocation. • Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality control. • Coordinate materials, fabrication, and site installations. • Ensure production targets and deadlines are met. • Report progress, delays, and necessary corrective actions. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. • Strong background in metal fabrication or manufacturing. • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings. • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on approach with strong organizational abilities.
