Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve innovative baby food products.
• Standardize recipes for large-scale production.
• Conduct product trials and optimize recipes.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Nutrition teams.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, central kitchens, healthy meal production, or product development.
• Strong knowledge of recipe standardization and food safety.
• Passion for innovation and developing nutritious, high-quality food products.
