Job duties:
• Validate Mystery Shopping visits following the Client's standards, guidelines, and scenarios.
• Make sure Mystery Shopping reports are written up to GWR standards and in good English, with the right content.
• Contact Mystery Shoppers in a timely manner for missing information and documents.
• Meet deadlines and monthly targets.
Requirements:
• Excellent English and Arabic language writing skills.
• Good Computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• High attention to details.
• Excellent time management skills.
