To maintain consistent and documented compliance with all relevant Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE), Quality and best practice requirements. To develop and implement CPI's validation philosophy and approach. To develop and implement CPI's validation standards and standard operating procedures.

Job duties: • Validate Mystery Shopping visits following the Client's standards, guidelines, and scenarios. • Make sure Mystery Shopping reports are written up to GWR standards and in good English, with the right content. • Contact Mystery Shoppers in a timely manner for missing information and documents. • Meet deadlines and monthly targets. Requirements: • Excellent English and Arabic language writing skills. • Good Computer skills. • Good communication skills. • High attention to details. • Excellent time management skills. Job Specification: • Work online from home (must have a laptop) • Shifts: flexible hours, 6 hours/day
