Overview
A Grants and Reporting Manager oversees all aspects of grant funding, including writing and managing proposals, ensuring donor compliance, and submitting timely and accurate reports. Key responsibilities include managing grant portfolios, coordinating with internal teams for input, monitoring budgets, and providing support and training to staff on grant processes. This role requires strong organizational, writing, and project management skills to ensure grants are managed effectively from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Qualifications: • Education: BA (Bachelor of Arts) in International Affairs, Development, International Political Economy or another relevant field. • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in program departments in the humanitarian sector. • Experience with grants management of institutional donors (such as ECHO, UNHCR, AICS, CBPF) and understanding of their requirements and compliance is also required.
