Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day management and follow-up of project activities
• Coordinate project events, workshops, trainings, meetings, and conferences
• Liaise with partners, stakeholders, beneficiaries, and service providers
• Handle logistical arrangements for project events
• Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, reports, and project documentation
• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and action points
• Maintain project files and supporting documentation
• Assist in internal and external reporting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in project coordination / management support
• Experience with international organizations is highly preferred
• Previous exposure to EU-funded projects is a strong asset
• Proven experience organizing workshops, events, and stakeholder meetings
• Strong reporting, coordination, and documentation skills
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
