Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients professionally and direct them accordingly
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail/deliveries
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Coordinate meeting room schedules and office appointments
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance
• Positive attitude
