Key Responsibilities:
• Determine annual sales and profit plans through marketing strategies.
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing quotas.
• Implement sales strategy and programs to drive field sales.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Ensure achievement of company sales targets aligned with policies.
• Manage, coach and motivate sales team to meet monthly/KPI targets.
• Provide sales support to generate leads and close deals.
• Report on sales success and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
• Efficiency, confidence, courtesy, high social skills.
• Ability to handle and manage stress.
• Strong relationship-building skills to drive repeat business.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in Iraq.
• At least 1 year in a senior sales management role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Marketing or Hospitality
