Al Mudeer management team consists of a team of trained professionals at the Dubai Real Estate Institute and holders of certificates from the CAI Institute from the state of Virginia, and the company is certified and licensed by the Land Department in the Emirate of Sharjah and the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) in the Emirate of Dubai to practice Owners Associations Management in Dubai. It currently manages 33 complexes in Dubai.

1. Expected Salary range 6k-8k AED / Month (Subject to Management Approval) 2. Required Experience 2-5 years with a mandatory minimum of 2 years UAE experience. 3. Required Academic Background: Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or Art 4. Required Software expertise (A mandatory minimum of one in each of the following categories) a. 2D drafting: i. Auto Cad (Industry standard) ii. Rhinoceros (Extra marks – Personal Preference as we will be shifting into full utilization in the future) b. 3D Modeling: i. Sketchup (If this is the only modeling software known by the candidate, consider the candidate on the Mid-tier of the requirement as this is the current industry standard) ii. 3DS MAX iii. Rhinoceros iv. Revit or ArchiCAD (Good but not the current requirement – Consider it as a plus) c. Rendering Software: i. Vary / I-Ray ii. Lumion iii. Inscape d. Other Software: i. Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory) ii. Adobe InDesign iii. Adobe Illustrator iv. Office (Word / PowerPoint / Excel) (Mandatory) e. Job Tasks: (Suggested minimum – Please add to it whatever you see fit) i. Assist Dept. Head in preparation of initial concept drawings and renders, material selection. ii. Prepare deliverables to the clients such as presentations, final renders, mood boards, etc.. iii. Coordinate the initial design criteria with the team including the senior staff, junior staff, and draftsmen.
