Responsibilities
• Conduct in-person onboarding and orientation for new tutors.
• Assign tasks, classes, or projects based on tutor availability and skills.
• Maintain daily communication with tutors to address needs and share updates.
• Monitor tutor attendance, task completion, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with the technical or academic team to review tutor work.
• Generate regular performance and task progress reports.
• Organize and lead team meetings, trainings, or engagement activities.
• Build a positive, collaborative work environment among tutors.
• Maintain internal records, files, and documentation of tutor activity.
Qualifications
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in generating reports, managing schedules, and tracking performance.
• Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work on-site and be physically present for tutor coordination.
• Previous experience in education, coordination, HR support, or administrative roles is a plus.
