Responsibilities:
• Prepare tools, materials, and classroom setups for service sessions and practical labs
• Assist instructors in delivering practical and theoretical course content
• Manage inventory and maintenance of service-related equipment
• Support students during practical applications and simulations
• Assist in faculty event service operations and logistics
• Coordinate setup, service flow, and breakdown for functions and practical exams
• Enforce grooming, hygiene, and hospitality standards
• Monitor student performance and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
• 1–2 years of experience in food & beverage service
• Full proficiency in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Familiarity with hospitality service equipment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in academic training environments
• Experience in event service support / high-pressure hospitality settings
