Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and grow strong, lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, provide valuable insights, and serve as their trusted advisor, ensuring their goals are met.
• Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and execution of marketing and advertising campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of client projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure high-quality results are delivered on time and within scope.
• Communication & Reporting: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive updates, strategic recommendations, and insights to keep them informed and engaged throughout the project.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, with a focus on delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3 - 6 years of experience in marketing/advertising agencies, with a proven track record of managing multiple clients and projects successfully.
• Skills & Expertise: Strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and the capability to manage complex projects efficiently.
• Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels, internally and externally.
• Client-Centric Approach: A passion for client success, with a keen ability to understand client needs, anticipate challenges, and provide creative solutions.
