Overview
Sales managers recruit, hire, and train new members of the sales staff. Sales managers plan, direct, or coordinate the delivery of a product or service to the customer. They set sales goals, analyze data, and develop training programs for organizations' sales representatives. Plan and direct sales activities to maximize profit across all market segments. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and KPI targets.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: • Set annual sales goals and develop strategies to meet targets. • Implement sales programs and action plans. • Maintain sales volume by tracking market trends and competitor activity. • Manage, coach and develop the sales team. • Provide sales support and build relationships with customers. • Prepare monthly reports on sales performance. Requirements: • 2 - 3 years of sales/marketing experience in the Iraqi market. • 1+ year in a senior sales management role. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hotel/hospitality management or a related field. • Strong sales planning, negotiation and customer relationship skills. • Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
