Prerequisites for the Role:
• 3 - 6 years of experience in Marketing and Advertising Agencies.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, Arabic is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative and inquisitive mind.
• Confidence in managing client relationships and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring and managing new and existing team members.
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks across various internal stakeholders.
• Keen attention to detail with an analytical approach to achieving objectives.
• Open to new ideas and change, with a curious and collaborative mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace; experience with Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and GWI or other audience insights tools is a plus but not required.
