This role is ideal for a professional with strong operational and documentation experience who can efficiently coordinate sea and air freight shipments from start to finish.

Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding operations and documentation • Hands-on experience with sea freight and air freight documentation • Verify HBL against MBL and House AWB against Master AWB • Review manifests, EUR1 certificates, and shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, etc.) • Handle cross-trade shipment documentation • Submit shipping instructions to carriers and shipping lines • Communicate with carriers, agents, customs brokers, and customs authorities • Follow up on vessel schedules and flight schedules • Coordinate trucking and delivery operations • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a strong advantage) • Must be based in Lebanon
