A Mystery Shopping Reports Validator's job is to ensure the accuracy and quality of reports generated by mystery shoppers. This involves reviewing reports for adherence to client requirements, GWR standards, and ensuring clear, concise writing. The validator also interacts with mystery shoppers to resolve issues and meet project deadlines.

Job duties: • Validate Mystery Shopping visits following the Client's standards, guidelines, and scenarios • Make sure Mystery Shopping reports are written up to GWR standards and in good English, with the right content. • Contact Mystery Shoppers in a timely manner for missing information and documents. • Meet deadlines and monthly targets. Requirements: • Excellent English and Arabic language writing skills • Good Computer skills • Good communication skills • High attention to details • Excellent time management skills. Job Specification: • Work online from home (must have a laptop) • Shifts: flexible hours, 6 hours/day
