Responsibilities:
• Create and update records while ensuring data accuracy and validity
• Follow up on cases on a daily basis
• Manage and enter data as needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in CRM or customer service
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment
