A luxury aesthetic and wellness center in Dbayeh is looking for an experienced Therapist / Spa Manager to provide high-quality facial and body treatments while overseeing client services, appointments, sales, administration, and daily spa operations.

Responsibilities: • Provide professional facial and body treatments • Conduct skin analysis and client consultations • Perform treatments including microneedling and microdermabrasion • Manage appointments and client services • Support product sales and client recommendations • Coordinate daily spa operations and administrative tasks • Maintain high hygiene, service, and quality standards Qualifications: • Diploma in Esthetics / Beauty Therapy with skin analysis training • 7–10 years of experience in a luxury spa, beauty institute, or aesthetic clinic • Experience in facial and body treatments, microneedling, microdermabrasion, and skin analysis • Experience in luxury client consultation and product sales • Previous coordination or supervisory experience • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills • Fluent in Arabic with good French and/or English • Strong knowledge of hygiene and quality standards
