Responsibilities: • Supervise the day-to-day activities of the university cafeteria, including service counters, food displays, and seating areas • Ensure that all food service areas are clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards • Lead, train, and supervise the cafeteria staff including cashiers, servers, and cleaning personnel • Act as the main point of contact for students and faculty during service hours • Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner • Monitor inventory of service items and communicate needs for reordering. • Track daily sales, staff attendance, and service issues for reporting to management Qualifications: • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a similar catering operation • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Fluency in English and Arabic
