Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present high-quality healthy meals
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Develop new recipes and healthy menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Assist with dispatching and support daily kitchen operations
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in preparing healthy and nutritious meals
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP certification is an advantage)
• Ability to create innovative, balanced, and healthy menus
• Good communication and teamwork skills
