An F&B Operations Manager oversees daily food and beverage operations, ensuring efficient service, high-quality food and beverages, and customer satisfaction. They are responsible for managing staff, inventory, budgets, and health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants and F&B locations. • Manage budgets, forecast revenue and control operational costs. • Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and handle complaints. • Collaborate with chefs and managers to standardize menus. • Ensure accurate pricing, billing and financial reporting. • Support and develop the team to drive success. • Recruit, train and supervise F&B staff. Key Qualifications: • 7+ Years of Experience in hotels & restaurants. • Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or similar. • Age between 28 - 45 • Fluency in English.
