Responsibilities:
• Paid Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.) to drive quality traffic and conversions for our clients.
• SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, visibility, and traffic for client websites.
• Keyword Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value terms, analyze search intent, and ensure effective targeting in both paid and organic campaigns.
• Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns through data analysis and A/B testing to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports on the performance of ads and SEO campaigns, offering actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Client Communication: Collaborate with account managers and clients to align paid media and SEO strategies with business goals, providing expert recommendations and updates.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, paid media, and SEO to ensure strategies are innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid advertising (Google Ads, Social Media Ads) and SEO.
• Skills & Expertise: Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and other relevant platforms. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data, track key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization across campaigns.
• Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented approach to resolving challenges and improving campaign outcomes.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, ensuring that all campaigns are accurately executed and deliver the best results.
