A company in Beirut is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, supervise a small finance team, and ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities: • Oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports • Manage tax filings and VAT compliance and coordinate with auditors • Supervise and mentor junior accountants • Monitor COGS, inventory valuation, and profit margin analysis • Strengthen internal controls and financial policies • Provide financial insights to support pricing and cost-related decisions Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience • Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred • Strong knowledge of Lebanese taxation and VAT regulations • Previous supervisory or team management experience • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar • Advanced Excel skills • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is considered a plus
