An Executive Chef is the highest-ranking chef in a kitchen, responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu development, staff management, and ensuring food quality and consistency. They also manage the kitchen's financial aspects, such as budgeting and cost control.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: • Lead & oversee all culinary operations across the hotels & restaurants. • Develop & Innovate menus that align with clientele expectations. • Control costs & budgeting without compromising excellence. • Ensure the highest standards of food quality & presentation. • Maintain strict hygiene, food safety & sanitation protocols. • Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Key Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Chef. • Degree in Culinary or Hospitality Management. • Age between 27 - 50 • Fluent in English.
