Assisting users with technical issues via phone, email, or chat. Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems. Providing step-by-step guidance to resolve issues. Escalating complex problems to higher-level IT personnel if needed.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure computer systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and Software issues.
• Solve technical and applications problems.
Key Qualifications:
• BT / TS Degree in IT or similar.
• Age between 22-35
• Min 1 to 2 Years of Experience.
