Responsibilities: • Coordinate air freight shipments for fine art, antiques, and exhibitions. • Prepare shipping and customs documentation, permits, and insurance. • Liaise with airlines, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure smooth delivery. • Track shipments and provide timely updates. • Support special handling and packaging of delicate or high-value items. • Maintain accurate shipment records and assist in resolving logistics issues • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or related field. • 0-2 years of experience in air freight, logistics or shipping. • Knowledge of international air freight and customs procedures. • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills. • Proficient in MS Office; flexible with international schedules.
