• Lead qualified inbound sales calls and discovery conversations
• Assess prospect needs, fit, and motivations
• Professionally present our programs’ value, overcome objections, and secure commitment
• Maintain detailed CRM records and follow a consistent sales process
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to optimize conversion and client experience
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success in closing premium coaching, consulting, or digital product programs
• Evidence of closing performance (such as closing rates, references, or results)
• Strong consultative sales and communication skills
• Coachable, team-oriented, and receptive to feedback
• Professional integrity, only recommend programs when they genuinely match the prospect’s needs
• Remote work capability and reliable internet for scheduled calls
