Responsibilities:
• Creative Content Development: Develop visually stunning animations and multimedia content tailored to client briefs, ensuring designs align with brand identities and campaign goals.
• Video Editing & Enhancement: Edit and enhance video projects, including but not limited to promotional videos, advertisements, and podcast episodes, ensuring high production quality and a compelling narrative.
• Leverage AI Tools: Utilize AI-based design tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and stay ahead of industry trends in design and animation technology.
• Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with creative directors, marketers, and other team members to ensure your work aligns with overall campaign objectives and vision.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously learn about emerging tools, techniques, and industry trends to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table, pushing the boundaries of creativity.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced agency environment, where you've had the opportunity to work on diverse multimedia and video projects.
• Skills & Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.), with experience in creating both animations and video content. Experience with podcast editing is a plus. Knowledge of AI-based design tools is also beneficial.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of how to tell compelling stories through multimedia and video content. You should be able to take feedback and continuously improve your work.
• Creativity: A strong sense of creativity, the ability to think outside the box, and an enthusiasm for experimenting with new animation and video techniques to engage and inspire audiences.
