Key Responsibilities: • Create and modify detailed 3D models using Autodesk Revit. • Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance with standards. • Assist in developing and maintaining BIM content libraries. • Participate in clash detection and resolution processes. • Support BIM implementation across various project phases. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM workflows and standards. Required Qualifications: • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (must-have). • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field. • Strong understanding of building systems and construction methodology. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with BIM 360. • Knowledge of BIM management practices. • Understanding of BIM execution planning. • Experience with additional BIM/CAD software. • Previous work on large-scale projects.
