Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies
• Manage content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Create and oversee engaging content and campaigns
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns (engagement, reach, ROI)
• Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Supervise and guide marketing team members
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/social media
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe
• Creative, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
