Responsibilities:

Technical Service and Support:
o
Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for our range of laboratory equipment.
o
Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
o
Train end-users (teachers, professors, technicians) on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
2.
Customer Relations:
o
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service delivery.
o
Act as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests.
o
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
3.
Sales Support:
o
Assist the sales team in demonstrating equipment functionalities to potential customers.
o
Provide technical expertise during customer meetings and presentations.
o
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products and services.
4.
Commission-Based Sales:
o
Actively contribute to sales efforts by identifying upselling opportunities during service interactions.
o
Earn commission based on sales generated through leads you contribute or directly close.
